HomeGrif is building equity release for Central Europe — a €64B market with zero local players. But instead of guessing what the product should look like, we built the platform to learn it from real behavior.

Three pillars: Session Randomizer (every visitor sees different starting parameters — full behavioral experimentation), Institutional Co-Design (dedicated presentation layers for major banks), and User Co-Creation (every visitor can submit feedback that feeds straight into development).

The product profile emerged from data, not interviews: Core segment age 50-59, property €120-200K, top motivation pension supplementation (47%).
